Munster Rugby awaits star RG Snyman's return for its Champions Cup clash against the Northampton Saints. Can they avenge their previous loss?
Reigning BKT URC champion, Munster Rugby, is waiting to see if its double Rugby World Cup-winning secondrow RG Snyman will be available for this weekend’s Investec Champions Cup Round of 16.
Traveling to Northampton to face the Gallagher Premiership-leading Saints, Munster will be seeking revenge for its home pool-game loss earlier this season.

At the time, Munster was without over 20 first-team players due to injury, and as such, will be a different beast with several key players back.
Front and center of these absentees was Snyman, who, when fit, arguably is the best lock in professional rugby.
Missing out on Munster’s recent URC victory over Cardiff due to illness, Snyman’s return would be a major boost for Graham Rowntree’s side.
Northampton, on the other hand, rebounded from its loss to the Bristol Bears to thump an in-form Saracens side in the latest round of the Premiership.
Despite its host's form, Munster will arrive at Franklins Gardens on the back of four consecutive URC victories, with the team's last defeat coming at the hands of the Saints.
Releasing an injury update at the beginning of the week, Munster confirmed the list of players that remain out, including Oli Jager (knee), Fineen Wycherley (knee), Dave Kilcoyne (shoulder), Diarmuid Barron (foot), Roman Salanoa (knee), Jean Kleyn (knee/eye), Paddy Patterson (knee), Liam Coombes (shoulder), Patrick Campbell (shoulder).
