May 2, 2019
null

Champions will be named. Powerhouse programs collide in the Spring Championships in the D1A, D1AA, and D2.

In the PRP, both teams are nationals bound, but the PRP title means everything.

Connacht and Stade Francais have positioned themselves as spoilers in the Pro 14 and Top14.

Top14 Round 24

Stade Francais vs Racing 92

Watch Stade Francais vs Racing 92

Racing needs this win. They're one point behind Castres and playoff contention. Stade won't be playoff bound this year, but spoiling their Parisien rival's playoff dreams in La Défense Arena is worth a watch.

D1A Final

Life vs Cal (Saturday May 4th, 7:45pm CT)

Watch the D1A Final: Life vs Cal

Cal has revenge on their mind. 365 days ago Life gave call a 60-5 beating in Santa Clara. Life has the same cast of characters but a tougher road this go around.

Guinness PRO14 Quarterfinals

Munster Rugby vs Benetton Rugby (Saturday May 4th, 9am CT)

Munster has won big games late, but haven't put up many points in the champions cup. Munster beat Bennetton by 9 in December. The spread will be tighter than that in Italy.

Ulster Rugby vs Connacht Rugby (Saturday May 4th, 11:35am CT)

Connacht is a scrappy pest for Ulster's brilliant run in 2019.

Pacific Rugby Premiership Finals

Watch Life West vs Belmont Shore

The winner of this match will immediately become the favorite to win the Division 1 national championship. The Pacific Rugby Premiership is the most difficult matrix season in the country and both squads are rested. Life West'fieeld general scrumhalf Deeveraux Harris was last week's Samurai PRP Player of the Week.

Spring Collegiate Championship

Men's D1AA Spring Final: Dartmouth vs Chico State
(Saturday May 4th, 11am CT)

Watch Dartmouth vs Chico State

Dartmouth sit on their Iron Throne. The reigning champions from last Spring wrapped up the Ivy Leauge in the fall and coasted through the first weekend of the D1AA playoffs. Chico State is in a totally different situation. They've had to fight through a difficult conference and fundraise their way to the final weekend.

Women's D1 Spring Final: BYU vs Virginia Tech
(Saturday May 4th, 1pm CT)

Watch BYU vs VaTech

Women D2 Final (Saturday May 4th, 3pm CT)

Watch the D2 Semis and Final

Semifinal 1: Fresno State University vs Tulane University (Friday May 3rd, 11amCT)

Semifinal 2: Salisbury University vs Eckerd College (Friday May 3rd, 2pm CT)

These semifinals will be high-scoring, so don't be surprised if you see a record point total in the Sunday finals. In the first match, we've got a dominant Eckerd College team that looks to be the favorite to knock off Tulane. The Sirens have the leading try scorer in the D2 playoffs in Katherine Scheerer (11 tries). Don't sleep on Salisbury because they've been here before and take pride in a dominant defense. The differing strengths of these two teams could make for a hard-hitting semifinal.
